You can help us purchase the Children's Forest and make this exciting, bold vision come true - Imagine... a forest in trust to the children!  

We ask you to consider making a pledge, using the form below. 

Once we have commitments for 100% of the purchase price, we will ask everyone who has pledged to convert their pledge to an outright gift to the Children's Forest Purchase Fund.

Important update: As of mid October 2025, an anticipated partnership with a land trust partner to cover 50% of the purchase price has fallen through due to federal funds being redirected. We are in the process of exploring alternative funding sources and remain committed to making the purchase. We are still actively seeking, and deeply appreciate, pledges. Read more here.

Due to the management overhead of processing pledges, at this time we are only accepting pledges of $1,000 CAD or greater.

We're pleased to announce the Children's Forest Purchase Fund in partnership with the Cortes Island Community Foundation (CICF). 

If you prefer to make an outright gift, CICF can receive gifts for the Children's Forest Purchase Fund by e-transfer, direct deposit, cheque, or wire transfer. CICF provides Canadian tax receipts and is also able to offer US$ tax receipts by special arrangement.
